Spring harvested green tea from the Wuyi Mountains that is blended with ginger root and lemongrass.

Origin- Multi Origin

Tasting Notes- Low astringency with mellow notes of and bluegrass, citrus and spice.

Steeping Recommendations- 180 degrees, 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces  3 minutes (1st infusion), 4 minutes (2nd infusion)
