Genmai Cha

Japanese Gyokuro green tea is blended with roasted brown rice. Sometimes referred to as "popcorn tea" because during the roasting process, some of the rice will partially puff up, resembling popcorn.

Origin- Japan

Tasting Notes- Light and smooth with a nutty undertone and sweet vegetal notes. Try iced.

Steeping Recommendations- 1 teaspoon per 8oz, 180 degrees, 2-3 minutes.
