Decaf Lemon Sencha

Using the Carbon Monoxide method. CO2, unlike the conventional methods, does not use chemicals to remove caffeine from the leaf. Decaffeinated while still maintaining the elegant, crisp flavor that Sencha teas are known for. Blended with dried lemon, sunflower and marigold.

Tasting Notes- Light with a citrus finish.

Steeping Recommendations- 175-180 degrees, 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces .2-3 minutes.
