Decaf Sencha

Using the Carbon Dioxide method. CO2, unlike the conventional methods, does not use chemicals to remove caffeine from the leaf. Decaffeinated while still maintaining the elegant, crisp flavor that Sencha teas are known for.
Origin- Japan

Tasting Notes- Light honey notes and smooth vegetal finish.

Steeping Recommendations- 175-180 degrees, 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces .2-3 minutes.
