Green Jade

Grown in a pristine high-mountain climate in Hubei. Spring harvests are crafted by pan-firing, oven-baking, and hot-air roasting into a lively, savory tea inspired by the classical Chinese green tea known as Wulu, or "Jade Cloud."

Origin- Hubei, China

Tasting Notes- Low astringency with mellow notes of sweetly toasted chestnuts and bluegrass.

Steeping Recommendations- 180 degrees, 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces  3 minutes (1st infusion), 4 minutes (2nd infusion)
