Palm Court Blend

Based on the classic blend of the Palm Court in the Plaza Hotel in NYC. A blend of Assam, Ceylon, Keemun and Oolong.

Origin- Multi origin

Tasting Notes- A medium bodied, complex, toasty blend.

Steeping Recommendations- 1 teaspoon per 8oz, 212 degrees, 3-5 minutes. Takes milk and sugar well.
