Decaf Ceylon

Using the Carbon Dioxide method. CO2, unlike the conventional methods, does not use chemicals to remove caffeine from the leaf. Decaffeinated while still maintaining the elegant flavor that Ceylon teas are known for.

Tasting Notes- Light bodied cup with subtle honey finish.

Steeping Recommendations- 1 teaspoon per 8oz, 212 degrees, 3-5 minutes. Takes milk and sugar well.
