Reputed health benefits: Green Rooibos , the unfermented version of the Red Rooibos, displays a considerably higher antioxidant count which is safe and free of side effects. The anti-oxidant content in Green Rooibos helps protect against free radical damage that can lead to premature ageing, cancer and heart disease amongst many other things. Peaches’ aid in the prevention of cancer in organs and glands with epithelial tissue due to its high Vitamin A content, aids in relief from anemia, constipation, high blood pressure, gastritis, nephritis, acidosis, bronchitis, asthma, and poor digestion. Safflower petals have been used by the Chinese and Native Americans for centuries to strengthen the immune system and for relief from symptoms of fever. It is also used as a uterine tonic, for relief from symptoms of P.M.S. and helps to lower cholesterol levels. Calendula (Marigold) petals are anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, astringent, anti-spasmodic, aids in detoxification, are a lymphatic de-obstructant and prevent hemorrhaging. Brewing Instructions: 1heaping tsp per 8oz cup, bring water to roaring boil and let steep for a minimum of 5 minutes.
