Spring Floral Ti Kuan Yin

One of China's most famous teas, this Oolong comes from Anxi region in the Fijian province. The leaves are rolled into rough balls. The bright flavor is a true delight. Its less oxidized (greener) than Shuixan. It can also be made by Gongfu method.
