Organic Bao Zhong
Bao Zhong (also known as Puochong) is a very lightly oxidized (fermented) tea that is a close cousin of traditional Oolong tea. Our Bao Zhong hails from Taiwan and brews a light celadon cup that is flowery and sweet. Little oxidation (10 %) makes it also related to Green tea, which is not oxidized. This careful process preserves the antioxidants. More Info |

My favorite myth about this tea is about how the moon fell in love with a comet passing through the night sky centuries ago. The comet, as all comets are wont to do, passed by, burned out and vanished. The moon, in her sorrow caused a great wind to blow through the hills and valleys bringing about a quick drop in temperature. The next morning, local tea pluckers went out to collect the leaf. To their surprise, when the tea was processed it had developed am amazing milky character, which was attributed to the motherly character of the old moon. More Info |

The succulent essence of sour plum is imparted to this blend of wild harvested Schizandra berries and select Oolong tea leaves. The blushing pink infusion is pleasantly tart, naturally fruity and wonderful aromatic. This tea goes well with honey and can be enjoyed iced as well.

One of China's most famous teas, this Oolong comes from Anxi region in the Fijian province. The leaves are rolled into rough balls. The bright flavor is a true delight. Its less oxidized (greener) than Shuixan. It can also be made by Gongfu method.
